Shipping Costs

• For deliveries within Germany, we only charge for the services billed to us by DHL or other shipping companies. These are always visible in our current price list.
• Shipping costs for selected other countries are shown in our shipping cost table. For countries not listed, these must be requested before ordering.

Delivery Conditions

• Delivery is available within Germany and to all EU countries. Deliveries to non-EU countries are only possible by prior arrangement.
• Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time is approximately 5-10 working days.
• If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our own expense, provided this is reasonable for you.
• If delivery of the goods fails despite three delivery attempts, we may withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded to you immediately.
